Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.

Please detail the reason for your return and include your name and order # in your e-mail. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA#) The RA # must be visible on the outside of the package being returned. Packages without RA numbers will be refused. Products being returned for refund must be in the original condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging to be processed.
All sales items are final. If an item goes on sale after you purchased it for full price, we will not price adjust. Sale items cannot be returned- NO EXCEPTIONS.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected by our team (within about 72 hours of receipt), your return will be processed and you will receive an e-mail notification. Refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business day after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED (IF APPLICABLE):
- Clothing with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To exchange products, you will need to return your original order by following our return policy and selecting the exchange option. Once we receive your returned item, you will be given a coupon code to cover the cost of the exchange. You will then need to place a new order online for the correct replacement and use the coupon code at checkout. Note: The exchange process usually takes around 1-2 weeks (depending on shipping times).
We cannot accept the return of embelished merchandise for size, color or style exchanges. Please check orders carefully confirming our accuracy and your satisfaction before embellishing. Once garments have been embellished they will not be returnable for refund for any reason.
Notify customer service of any discrepancies, including damages, shortages, or incorrect fulfillment. Claims must be submitted within 7 days from receipt of goods.
We make every effort to ship you the highest quality goods in the styles and colors you request. Due to the nature of our product, we allow for slight variances in color, texture and design. To ensure that you are always getting our best products, earthspun apparel reserves the right to change or improve our products and details without prior notice.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Kastlfel is not responsible for packages that are lost by a carrier, shipped to an incorrect address or stolen. Once an item has shipped, it is now out of our control.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Kastlfel is not responsible for packages that are lost by a carrier or shipped to an incorrect address.
PRIVATE LABEL ORDERS
Private label orders are subject to fabric availability and production lead-times. Please contact your sales representaive or customer care for more details.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
For wholesale accounts, we may be able to establish net 30-day terms after credit review and approval.
